Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Printex Worldwide ("Printex," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit printexww.com, request a quote, or place an order with us. We are a screen printing and DTF transfer shop, not a data business — we collect what we need to print your job and talk to you about it, and nothing more.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a quote, create an account or place an order, we may collect:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number and company or organization name.
- Order details — shipping and billing addresses, garment and decoration selections, quantities, sizes, delivery dates and order history.
- Artwork and files — the logos, designs, gang sheet layouts and other files you upload or email to us, along with any notes and approvals attached to them.
- Automatically collected information — device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed and referring links, collected through cookies and analytics as described below.
Payment card numbers are handled by Shopify's payment processing and are not stored on our own systems.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Produce quotes, proofs and mockups, and fulfill and ship your orders.
- Communicate with you about artwork approval, production status, turnaround, shipping and reorders.
- Provide customer support and resolve issues or claims.
- Send marketing messages by email and text where you have given us consent (see below).
- Maintain records, prevent fraud and comply with our legal and tax obligations.
- Understand how our site is used so we can improve it.
Email and SMS marketing consent
We only send marketing email and text messages to people who have asked to receive them — for example, by checking the consent box on a quote or contact form on our site. Those forms state that Printex WW and its staff may contact you at the phone number and email you provided about marketing, including by text and email messages sent with automated technology, that consent is not a condition of purchase, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply STOP to opt out.
How to opt out: for text messages, reply STOP to opt out — send it in reply to any message we send and we will stop texting you. For email, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. You can also email printexww@gmail.com or call (954) 518-0722 and ask us to remove you. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order you have already placed — proofs, production updates and shipping notices.
Cookies and analytics
Our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure site traffic. We and our analytics providers use this data in aggregate to see which pages and products people use, so we can improve the site. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; if you block them, parts of the store such as the cart and gang sheet builder may not work correctly.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to run the business:
- Shopify — hosts our online store and processes payments.
- Apparel distributors and suppliers — receive the order and shipping details needed to supply and fulfill garments and goods.
- Shipping carriers — receive the name, address and contact details needed to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Service providers — such as email, SMS and analytics platforms that operate on our behalf.
- Legal and safety — we may disclose information where required by law, subpoena or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep order records, contact details and artwork files for as long as needed to service your account, handle reorders and claims, and satisfy accounting, tax and legal requirements. Because customers frequently reorder the same design years later, we generally retain production art on file so we can reprint it. If you want your information or your files removed from our records, email printexww@gmail.com and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Your artwork and ownership
You keep the rights to your artwork. Designs, logos and files you send us remain yours, and we use them only to produce your order. You are responsible for holding the rights or permissions to any artwork you send us for printing.
Printex may photograph or display finished work in our portfolio, website, showroom and social media as examples of our printing. If you would rather we did not, tell us — just email printexww@gmail.com or note it on your order and we will keep your job out of our portfolio.
Children's privacy
Our store and services are intended for businesses, organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at printexww@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant platform for our store and payments, and we limit access to customer information to staff who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time as described above. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, services or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Please check back periodically.
